STURDY KEYBOARD STANDReview date: 2010-08-11 Rating: 10 out of 10The stand was not for me but my son, who had acquired a Yamaha keyboard at the same time. The item was very sturdy and certainly suited to the keyboard in question, particularly with the straps which hold the keyboard in position. Well satisfied and good value for money. Can definitely recommend.

Stand won't deliver!Review date: 2010-07-30 Rating: 4 out of 10Although this product is cheap and cheerful, I really would have hoped that it would have lasted me longer than it did. After only four months, the stand collapsed. Having sat down to practice one night, I placed my hands upon the keyboard and CRASH! My poor Yamaha tumbled to the ground. Fortunately, my piano is tougher than the stand and is still going strong.
The problem was that the metal housing for the adjustable bolt slowly distorted and buckled under the weight of my piano - a Yamaha P85 - which is heavy, admittedly. Regardless, I would expect a product of this type to last considerably longer than it did particularly when there is something precious like a piano perched on top of it! I would advise anybody that owns a heavy piano like mine who is condsidering buying this product to think that they may have to take the stand down after each use, especially when the safety of your beloved piano is at stake.Just what I neededReview date: 2010-07-15 Rating: 10 out of 10Delivery was quick and efficient.
