Bought this for my 4 year old son who was desperate for a ukulele. I was really surprised at how good the quality is for the price. Sadly for him, we are not a musical family so I can't comment on the pitch, tuning, etc but all other aspects of this ukulele are great.

a Great startReview date: 2009-05-22 Rating: 10 out of 10I purhased this item for fun after watching some ukulele videos on youtube. It's probably intended for kids (i'm nearly 24) but its still great fun at a great price. I purchased this item with a book of Ukulele chords which lists a range of chords enabling me to use my guitar chord books to play familiar songs on the Uke. It's a constant battle being torn between playing my guitar and playing my ukulele.
It takes some work to get it in tune, and requires tuning every time you play (sometimes every few songs), but it comes with a set of pitch pipes which are easy to use. Overall I'm very pleased with this item and would consider it a great introduction to the Ukulele.Yeah...Review date: 2008-01-04 Rating: 6 out of 10I'm sure it will be really good, but I wanted it by christmas and it turns out I won't get it till february. I had to explain to my friend why I hadn't got a christmas present for her yet.
